Our Partners
Our Coalition
We are supported by a growing coalition of medical experts, children’s hospitals, educators, and advocacy organizations across California and the United States.
We are a mom-led, family-powered, clinician-informed coalition focused on ensuring children have timely access to pediatric hearing aids and specialists.
Our partners include leaders in:
- Pediatric medicine and audiology
- Children’s hospitals and health systems
- Early intervention and education
- Disability and family advocacy
- Public health and policy
Together, this coalition represents hundreds of professionals working to improve outcomes for thousands of children and families by ensuring timely access to pediatric hearing aids and specialists.

Leadership
This effort is led by Michelle Marciniak, founder of Let California Kids Hear, alongside a mom-led, family-powered, clinician-informed coalition.
It has been shaped in partnership with her daughter, who has grown up alongside this work over nearly a decade—helping to drive and define this effort.
Michelle brings experience across federal policy, nonprofit leadership, and pediatric healthcare. She has worked in the United States Senate, led a national nonprofit, and worked at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
