This ten year old lets us know in her own words how important her hearing aid is to her. She is deaf in one ear and needs a hearing aid in the other to access spoken language. In addition, her mother and sister also use hearing aids. That’s 5 hearing aids for this family to purchase. They have insurance and none of their hearing aids are covered.
